We review every application personally — usually within 5 to 7 days.

If your application resonates, we invite you for a 1:1 conversation with one or both co-founders.

Founding members are selected and you will be notified of the outcome.

Selected members sign the MOU and Code of Conduct before attending their first meeting.

Commitment Summary

What Founding Membership Looks Like

  • Monthly full-circle meetings — 2–3 hours. Hybrid. 80% attendance minimum.
  • Fortnightly 1:1 check-ins — With your accountability partner
  • Quarterly deep-dive sessions — Workshop or retreat. Mandatory
  • Annual Strategy Day — Review, direction, and renewal. Once per year.
  • Membership fees — Agreed collectively. On time. In full.
  • Absolute confidentiality — Permanent. Everything shared stays in the circle.

Minimum 12 months founding commitment. This is a circle, not a subscription.
