Navigating pharmacy, bioethics, immigration, and research governance across borders — while building a consultancy, pursuing an MBA, and founding Bonded Paths. Impressive on paper. Lonely in practice.

Mayi built Bonded Paths because she needed what it offers — a circle of serious people who would challenge her, hold her accountable, and grow alongside her. When she could not find it, she built it.

She brings the strategic architecture and multi-disciplinary depth that shapes what the circle is and what it will become. Her background spans health governance, research ethics, immigration law, and entrepreneurship — across Uganda and beyond.

Bio

Over a decade building people, cultures, and teams inside organisations — and then applying that same rigour to build an institution for herself and others. Mariam brings the people architecture that makes Bonded Paths actually work.

Her background is rare: deep HR consultancy experience grounded in formal administrative law training from the Law Development Centre. She builds conflict resolution frameworks professionally. She understands what makes institutions last — and what makes them fail.

Mariam designed the governance structure of Bonded Paths: the bylaws, the accountability frameworks, the code of conduct, the dispute resolution process. Not improvised. Built with precision.
